My name is Amy, and I am the face behind The Simple Grazer. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and have a lifelong passion for food and presentation. I began creating grazing tables in 2018, starting with a friend's wedding, and quickly developed a strong interest in event styling and catering.
In 2021, I officially launched The Simple Grazer with the support of my workplace at Last Drop Elizabethan in Bedfordale, where we remain their exclusive on-site grazing provider.
Since then, I have created over 1,000 grazing tables and boxes for a wide range of events across Western Australia.
Some of my most memorable designs include Bali-themed tables, Moana-inspired setups, pink-themed celebrations, music festival-style grazing tables, and many rustic weddings.
Based in Hilbert, I am supported by my husband, who is always willing to help behind the scenes and occasionally assists with deliveries. I am also a proud mum of two boys, one of whom is an aspiring chef.

My guests and I were blown away by the presentation as well as the quality of the grazing items, and there was so much variety that it was difficult to stop eating because you wanted to try it all! Everything was delicious and with such beautiful styling it felt totally luxurious and decadent. We used Amy to cater to parts of our wedding day, she made the most incredible grazing lunch boxes and fruit boxes ensuring our Groomsmen, Bridesmaids and family actually got to eat something during the chaos of the day. It was so good nothing was left even though there was certainly more than enough for us all. Amy also provided an incredible childrens grazing box for the little ones to enjoy at our post ceremony drinks whilst the adults had canapes. Some of the adults were joking that they would have been happy with the kids boxes as they looked so good. The service, food and presentation were all perfect. Thankyou so much Amy!!”
