Black Swan Bakehouse is a family owned and operated bakery cafe in Midland with 29 years of baking experience behind it, located inside the Swan Valley Fresh Market Place. It specialises in artisan sourdough breads and in-house made pastries, cakes and pies (including WA beef pies), with a cafe area serving barista coffee from Swan Valley roaster Yahava Koffee Works, open seven days a week.

Gesha Coffee Co. is an independent specialty coffee roasting company established in Fremantle in 2014, with its flagship cafe on Queen Victoria Street opening in January 2015. The business now roasts and packages its specialty beans at a dedicated roastery in Bibra Lake while the Fremantle cafe serves coffee and food to locals daily.
