Reviews are only useful if they're honest. Ours live where they can't be quietly curated: on the business's real review platform, one click from the page you're reading.
One source of truth
We don't run a review system of our own. A business's reviews live where they already are — usually their Google profile — and their listing links straight there. No split review counts, no Perthly-only stars a business has to babysit, no gap between what you read here and what the rest of the internet sees.
Featured quotes are the business's pick, labelled that way
Verified businesses choose up to five of their real reviews to feature on their listing. We publish them word for word, attribute them (“via Google”), and say plainly that the business picked them — they're the highlights, not a neutral sample. The full, unfiltered set is always one click away at the source.
Never scraped, never bought, never invented
Featured quotes come from the business, with their say-so — we don't scrape review platforms. Nobody can pay for a quote, a rating, or a better position on Perthly — see how we vet listings. Fake or misleading reviews can breach Australian Consumer Law, and we hold the quotes we publish to the same standard.

Use the “Leave a review” button on their listing. It takes you to their real review flow, so your words land where every future customer will see them — not just here.
